*How to return a product?

To return a product a request should be raised within 10 days after completion of delivery

*What is the procedure of return request?

You can email or whatsapp us the defective product images along with docket number, our team will get back to you after verification.

*In how many days will I get my refund after returning the product?

Immediately after the product has been received by in same condition without any alterations the refund will be processed.

*There’s a manufacturing defect in some of the products I received, can I return/exchange them?

The products containing any sort of defect from from our side are eligible for return and return charges will be borne by us.

*I didn’t like some the products, can I return them?

Yes, you can return the product which you didn’t like with return charges being borne by you.

*NOTE

The Products should be in original conditions .Items returned should not be used and altered.

Minor variation in colour is due to different monitor and will not be treated as not as per description.
